- Placing
an Order
When you are ready to place
an order you can either click on the "Order
this Card" button when you are viewing
you chosen design from the products
page, or go straight to the ordering
page and begin by entering your chosen
design code.
| After
placing an order you will be sent an email
confirmation containing a pass key for tracking
your order and an electronic proof in PDF
format. The proof can be viewed using Adobe
Acrobat Reader which can be obtained by clicking
on the get Acrobat Reader icon. |

- Order
Tracking
If you have already placed
an order with us you can check on it's progress
by entering your pass key into the order
tracking page or by clicking on the link
in the order confirmation that we sent to you.
- Approving
Your Proof
| When
you are ready to approve or request amendments
to your order, you can either click
the link at the top of the proof that we
sent to you, or enter your pass key into
the proof
approval page. This will allow you to
enter any amendments that you require, request
a second proof, or simply release your order
for printing. |

lines are open weekdays from 8.30am - 5.30pm
and Saturdays 9am - 5pm (all UK times). For queries
not related to Personalised Christmas cards you
can email support@whsmithonline.co.uk.
